Visit the Sony Redemption Portal

Go to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com on your browser and click on Manage Account in the top-right corner.

Sign In to Your PlayStation Account

Log in using your Sign-In ID (email) and password associated with your PlayStation Network account.

Redeem Your Code

Select Redeem Prepaid Card from the menu. Enter the 12-digit code from your PlayStation Network card or digital voucher, then click Continue.

Confirm and Apply

A summary of the content or funds will be shown. Click Redeem to apply it to your account. The content will be accessible on your PlayStation console shortly after.

Log In to the Purchased Account

Use the email and password provided with your order to sign in at playstation.com or directly on your console. This is a unique account created for your use only.

Verify Game Access

Make sure the correct game or edition is visible in the library, and that there’s no prior playtime or activity. If everything looks correct, you’re ready to proceed.

Add the Account to Your Console

On your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, add the account as a new user (not as a guest). Then, set it as the primary account for your console:

• PS5: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play and enable it.
• PS4: Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 and select Activate.

Secure the Account

To make the account fully yours, go to Account Settings and update the email, set a new password, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This locks the account to you and prevents unauthorized access.

Download and Switch Back

Once the account is added and set as primary, download the game to your console. After that, switch back to your personal profile to play — this will save progress to your main account while keeping the content installed.

Please Note: The account provided is fully yours, but modifying sensitive details may put it at risk.
Do not change the region or add a payment method. These actions may result in a permanent ban from the PlayStation Network. If this happens, no refund can be issued.
