Flexepin vouchers
Flexepin is a prepaid payment voucher. Each one carries a numeric PIN that you enter as a payment method at online stores and services that accept Flexepin, so you can pay without handing over card or bank details.
Vouchers are issued in a currency, covering everything from small top-ups to larger amounts in pounds, euros, dollars and South African rand.
About Flexepin
A Flexepin voucher works as cash for the internet: the value sits with the PIN rather than with an account, so the only thing you share at checkout is the code itself. That suits shoppers who prefer to keep a set budget for online spending, or who would rather not use a bank card on a site.
Flexepin is accepted at authorised online merchants that list it among their payment options, and the value can be applied there in the currency the voucher was issued in. It sits alongside other prepaid and gift card options, with the difference that there is no wallet or profile to load first.
How to use a Flexepin voucher
Flexepin is entered at the point of payment rather than loaded onto an account beforehand. If you would like the full walkthrough with screenshots, see the help-centre guide.
- Go to an online store or service that is an authorised Flexepin merchant.
- Add what you want to buy and continue to the payment step.
- Select Flexepin as your payment method.
- Enter the numeric PIN from your voucher when prompted.
- Confirm the payment and check the remaining Flexepin balance on the Flexepin balance checker if you need to.
Regions and currencies
Flexepin vouchers are issued per country and currency, and the value is spent in that currency at merchants that accept it. Buy the voucher that matches the country and currency the recipient pays in, so the amount applies cleanly at checkout without conversion.
Vouchers marked Global are not tied to a single national issue in the same way, while the country and regional versions follow the currency shown in the title.
Regions currently listed for Flexepin: Global, Europe, Canada, United States, South Africa, Germany, France, New Zealand, United Kingdom. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
Common questions
- Can I use a Flexepin voucher from another country?
- Vouchers are issued in a set currency for a set market, so a voucher bought for one country may not be accepted where you are paying. Choose the currency and country you actually intend to spend in.
- What happens to any balance I do not spend?
- Value stays on the PIN until it is used, so a partly spent voucher can be applied again at a merchant that accepts Flexepin. You can look up the remaining amount with the Flexepin balance checker.
- How do I receive the PIN?
- The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you enter that PIN at the merchant's checkout.
- Do I need a Flexepin account?
- No. Flexepin is used as a payment method at the point of checkout, so there is no wallet to register or top up first.
- Where can I spend it?
- At online stores and services that are authorised Flexepin merchants and list Flexepin among their payment options. If Flexepin does not appear at checkout, that merchant does not accept it.
