Here is a summary of how refunds work on Keydra:
- Unrevealed products: If you have not revealed the key, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If it has been less than 24 hours, refunds can often be processed immediately.
- Revealed products: Once a key has been shown to you, refunds are only available if the product is faulty (invalid key, already used, wrong product delivered, etc.).
- Faulty keys: Report within 48 hours of revealing the key.
- Faulty accounts or subscriptions: Report within 72 hours of revealing.
Refunds are not available if the product was activated successfully, if the wrong region or platform was chosen by you, or if VPN tools were used to bypass restrictions.
