Who can join?
Creators of any size, with a channel, community, website or newsletter, and price comparison, deal or coupon services. You need to be 18 or over. If what you run fits neither, apply anyway and tell us about it.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free and there are no fees to take part.
How is my rate worked out?
Everyone starts at 4%. Rates are set by calendar quarter: January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December. Your sales in one quarter set your rate for the next: under €5,000 earns 4%, €5,000 or more earns 5% and €10,000 or more earns 6%. The rate applies to every order in the quarter it covers.
The count starts again every quarter, so each one is judged on its own. Sales means the value of the products in orders your link brings in, as confirmed on your monthly statements. Your current rate is always shown in your portal.
When is commission confirmed?
Each order stays pending for 30 days after purchase, then it is confirmed. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or disputed in that time do not earn commission.
When and how am I paid?
Confirmed commission goes onto a statement at the end of each month. We pay it in euros by bank transfer or PayPal, within 30 days of the invoice. By default we issue the invoice for you.
The minimum payout is €50. Anything below that carries over to the next month and never expires while your account is open.
How long does the cookie last?
30 days, and the last affiliate link a customer followed gets the order. Where the law asks for it, the visitor has to accept cookies for the order to be tracked.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Orders placed by you, your team or on your behalf do not earn commission.
What is not allowed?
Bidding on the Keydra name in search ads, cashback or reward schemes that pay people to use your link, coupon codes we did not issue to you, spam, and misleading claims about prices or delivery. The Terms have the full list.
