They sit in search, on genre and platform pages and inside the editions grouping, on Keydra and on the other storefronts we run, never on a separate seller page nobody visits. Storefronts that keep themselves current
One integration puts you on all of them. Once you are listed, the platform does the repetitive work: titles, artwork, descriptions and availability refresh on a schedule, so nothing drifts out of date on any storefront while you are busy sourcing.
Unreleased titles run on their own fulfilment rules, and standard, deluxe and bundle versions are linked so buyers compare editions instead of bouncing off the wrong one.

Companies and individuals both. What changes is the form, not the bar: a company gives its registered name, company number and representative, an individual gives their own details. Every applicant goes through the same identity checks either way, and the questions about what you supply, where it comes from and how you deliver it are identical.
Game keys, account based products, gift cards and altergifts. Tell us on the form which of those you hold and roughly how many products you can cover, and we will tell you what we can place.
On Keydra and on the other storefronts we run. They trade as one company, so however many of them end up carrying your stock, it stays one application, one agreement and one settlement cycle for you. You do not negotiate a new deal each time your products reach somewhere new.
Identity first. Every applicant goes through KYC, company or individual, with no exceptions. After that, how long you have been trading and, above all, where your stock comes from. Clean sourcing is what keeps activation problems away from buyers, so it carries the most weight.
Every application is read by a person rather than scored automatically. You will get a reply on the same thread you applied from, and we will come back to you there if we need anything else.
There is no listing fee, so nothing is charged for putting your catalogue up or keeping it there. We take a fee on each sale instead, and that rate along with the payout cycle is agreed partner by partner and set out in writing before you list anything. Tell us your volumes and how you deliver on the form and we will come back with terms.
We do. Buyers raise refunds and activation problems with our support team and we work them from there. What that means commercially for a partner is set out in your agreement.
