Making a PlayStation account yours
The account is a full handover, not a shared or rented login. Your order gives you the credentials that already own the game, and you secure it to yourself by changing the password after your first sign-in and moving the email and two-factor settings across to your own.
Keep the linked email in place until every credential is updated, so nothing locks you out midway. Once it is secured, the account is permanently yours.
Playing on your own profile too
Sign in on your console and the game is ready to download. If you would rather play under your own profile, set the purchased account as your primary (activated) console: your own PSN profile on that machine can then play its games as well, including offline.
