How to redeem a Touch n Go Wallet top-up

Redemption can be completed on a mobile device or through a computer browser. Either way, the credit is loaded by the crediting partner and confirmed by a notification in the app.

1. Make sure you are a registered TNG user before starting.
2. Click to redeem; on mobile you will be redirected to the TNG app.
3. If you are not redirected, enter the voucher URL in an external web browser.
4. On a computer, enter your mobile number and PIN to log in to your TNG account.
5. Authorise Wogi as the crediting partner by clicking Authorise.
6. Wait for the credit to be loaded and check the notification in the app.

Region and account

Touch n Go Wallet top-ups are tied to Malaysia and are credited in ringgit to a Malaysian TNG eWallet account. A code cannot be moved to a wallet registered in another country, so buy for the country where the recipient holds their account.
