The verification process is automated and handled through a secure platform. You will be asked to show your ID document and then your face. There is no need to send us anything manually.
For the process to succeed, your ID must meet the following requirements:
- It must be a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license).
- It must clearly display your full name, photo, and date of birth.
- The document must be unexpired and still valid.
- The photo must be taken in good lighting, with no glare, blur, or obstructions covering any information.
Make sure all four corners of the document are visible in the frame. If the automated check fails due to image quality, you will usually get a chance to try again.
