Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise DLC EU Nintendo Switch Digital Key

A new role for Paradise Planning

This expansion joins Animal Crossing: New Horizons and puts you to work for Lottie's Paradise Planning team, travelling to a distant set of resort islands to design vacation homes for characters who become your clients. Rather than working from your own island's terrain, you get to choose from a range of resort islands with different landscapes and climates, matching each one to the client's vision before decorating.

Decoration here is unusually free. The Paradise Planning team gives you an expansive built-in inventory to furnish each home, so you are not limited by what you have collected, crafted or unlocked on your own island. You can customise exteriors, interiors, yards and even set the weather to sunny or rainy, and editing tools make it simple to go back and rearrange a design at any point.

As you complete more vacation homes, extra facilities such as a café and a school open up around the Paradise Planning office, which you can decorate and populate with characters. Design options earned through this work also carry back to your own island, adding features like partition walls, pillars, lighting and soundscapes.

Sharing and connecting

The DLC includes tools for taking in-game photos of your finished homes and building a portfolio. Using the Happy Home Network app's Showroom feature, you can share these photos with other players, tour their resort creations, or let them explore yours.
