Arma Reforger EU v2 Steam Altergift

A Cold War sandbox built on the Enfusion engine

Arma Reforger returns to Everon, the 51 square kilometre island first seen in Arma: Cold War Assault, rebuilt from the ground up with Bohemia Interactive's new Enfusion engine. Forests, rivers, coastline and mountain terrain form a genuinely large open world for Cold War era combat between US and Soviet forces, with period weapons and vehicles recreated in detail.

As the first proper step towards Arma 4, Reforger is also a platform for modding. The Workbench gives players the same tools used to build the game, while the Workshop lets PC and console players share and download custom content, missions and assets.

Conflict and Game Master

The game offers two main ways to play. In Conflict, players join online battles as US or Soviet infantry, capturing positions and holding objectives across the island. In Game Master, one player takes on the role of curator, scripting events and scenarios in real time for everyone else to fight through.

• Conflict: online multiplayer combat over Everon's full terrain
• Game Master: real-time scenario creation and mission curation
• Workbench: full mod-making tools from the Enfusion engine
• Workshop: Bohemia Interactive's own repository for sharing mods

What this listing gets you

This is the standard edition of Arma Reforger for Windows, supplied as a Steam Altergift. Rather than a code you type into Steam, an Altergift is sent and added directly to your Steam library as a gift, so once it's applied the game simply appears among your owned titles ready to install.

This particular listing activates in the Europe region, and the game carries a PEGI 16 age rating. The interface and text support a long list of languages, including English, German, French, Russian and Polish among others.

Other ways to get Arma Reforger

If you'd rather activate outside Europe, the Global region version of this same standard edition is also available as a Steam Altergift. Players wanting extra content can look at the Deluxe edition on the same platform.

Arma Reforger sits comfortably alongside Keydra's wider ranges of action games, strategy games, simulation games and FPS games for anyone building out a Cold War or military-themed library.
