Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Steam Account

Task Force 141 return to face Makarov

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is the direct sequel to Modern Warfare II, developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. Captain Price and Task Force 141 go up against Vladimir Makarov, an ultranationalist war criminal extending his reach across the globe, forcing the team into their toughest fight yet.

Marking the 20th anniversary of the series, this entry brings together one of the largest Multiplayer map collections seen in Call of Duty. All 16 launch maps from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009) have been modernised with new modes and gameplay features, sitting alongside new maps built for the game.

There is also an open world Zombies mode, the largest map the series has produced for that format, where squads team up to survive against hordes of the undead across a new Treyarch story with its own missions and secrets.

What this listing gets you

This is the Standard edition of the base game, supplied as an account rather than a key. That means you receive a ready made Steam account with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III already installed on it, and you play the game through that supplied account rather than adding it to your own Steam library.

The account activates in the Global region, so it works worldwide rather than being tied to a specific territory. It runs on Windows and carries a PEGI 18 age rating, reflecting the game's violent content.

Language and platform notes

The game supports a wide spread of languages including English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil) and Thai, so most players should find their preferred language covered.

If you want more from the same game, the Vault Edition account is also available on Steam. For other ways to get into the genre, browse action games or FPS games, and for more accounts like this one, see Steam accounts or the wider range of game accounts.
