DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake Xbox Series X|S Digital Key

A classic reborn in HD-2D

DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake retells the narrative beginning of The Erdrick Trilogy, following the child of the hero Ortega, who failed to defeat the Archfiend Baramos years before. Summoned by the king of Aliahan on their sixteenth birthday, the protagonist takes up their parent's unfinished quest to save the world.

The remake lets you build a party of up to three allies alongside your hero, each with a chosen vocation, appearance and voice. Team Asano has also added a new vocation exclusive to this version, the monster wrangler, giving fresh options for how you shape your party.

Exploration and battles

The game offers an open world of towns, castles, caves, towers and dungeons to explore, with hidden secrets tucked away for players who like to search off the beaten path.

Combat follows the classic DRAGON QUEST turn-based structure, letting you set party tactics and switch weapons, abilities and spells as you face a wide range of monsters.
