F1 Manager 2023 puts you in the seat of a Team Principal at one of the 10 current F1 teams, covering the official 2023 season and beyond. You manage every part of the operation, from the factory floor and garage through to the starting grid, handling staff, facilities, car development and race strategy across 23 races and six F1 Sprint events.

New circuits including the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, new drivers and refined race weekends bring practice, qualifying and race day together. Racing lines, overtakes and on-track incidents have been reworked, and factors such as driver confidence, pit crew fatigue and tyre overheating can all shape how a season unfolds.

A new way to play

Race Replay is a mode built around real moments from the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship. Starting Grid recreates the actual grid positions for every race of the season, while Race Moments drop you into a specific team at a pivotal point in a real race, such as Williams chasing points late at Bahrain or Oscar Piastri's home race in Australia.

Management depth

Beyond race weekends, F1 Manager 2023 gives you control over a wide staff roster. Hiring a Sporting Director lets you manage pit crew training, while scouting through simulated F2 and F3 championships helps uncover future talent. Car development balances performance, reliability and cost, and every decision, from poaching a driver to setting next season's line-up, is yours to make. This title sits comfortably alongside other strategy games and simulation titles in the genre.
