A LEGO retelling of the Clone Wars era

LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars takes the stories and characters from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series and rebuilds them in LEGO form, mixing the franchise's familiar humour with new gameplay ideas. Developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Feral Interactive, it covers more than 20 story missions plus 40 bonus levels across the Clone Wars period.

Beyond the usual LEGO puzzle solving, the game adds massive ground battles where players command battalions of clone troopers against droid armies, building bases and calling in reinforcements. SceneSwap lets you control multiple teams working together across separate locations, switching between them at the press of a button in single player or co-op.

Space battles let players fly through multi-layered combat across 16 star systems in ships including Anakin Skywalker's Resolute and the Malevolence, while new combat abilities add lightsaber cutting, throwing and climbing moves alongside expanded Force powers for solving puzzles and dealing with enemies.

Play as republic, separatist or bounty hunter

The roster spans noble Republic heroes, villainous Separatists and bounty hunters, alongside classic characters such as Darth Vader, Chewbacca and Luke Skywalker. New clone weapons, vehicles like the Republic gunship and Clone Turbo Tank, and all new boss battles against foes such as Gor and the Zillo Beast round out the campaign.

Co-op and split screen

Split screen co-op has jump in and jump out support, so a second player can join or leave at any point. This fits alongside the wider selection of co-op games and other action games in the store, as well as adventure games with a similar mix of puzzles and combat.
