Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name follows Kazuma Kiryu after he fakes his own death and takes on the alias Joryu. Pulled back into the shadows by a figure determined to expose him, he moves through Sotenbori and Yokohama in a story built around mystery, intrigue and danger.

Combat splits into two distinct styles. The Yakuza style leans on raw strength and aggressive flair, while the Agent style favours speed and gadgets such as electrified bind wires. Switching between the two lets you adapt to whatever crowd of enemies stands in your way.

Outside the main story there is plenty to occupy Kiryu, from karaoke and cabaret clubs to secret battle arenas, pocket circuit racing, and sub-missions handed out by the informant Akame.
