Manor Lords ZA/KW/QA/SA/TR/AE Steam Digital Key

A medieval settlement grows under your rule

Manor Lords places you in charge of a small medieval village in late 14th century Franconia, with the task of turning it into a thriving town. Building is gridless, so streets, houses and workshops can be placed and rotated freely, growing organically around trade routes and the shape of the land. Homes follow the historical burgage plot system, with families working plots to support themselves and the wider community through the changing seasons.

Beyond construction, you oversee production chains for everyday goods and luxury items, set up satellite settlements to extract resources, and trade surplus goods with merchants. Expansion has consequences: overuse of the land shows up in migrating wildlife, tired soil and shrinking woodland, so growth has to be balanced against the landscape.

Diplomacy and warfare when conflict arrives

Manor Lords treats soldiers as people rather than disposable units. You can train a personal retinue of skilled fighters or call up levies from the town militia when defence or conquest demands it. A diplomacy system lets you negotiate or pressure neighbouring lords, and real-time battles are shaped by weather, fatigue and equipment, with losses on the battlefield felt afterwards in your town's economy.
