Detective James Karra, working the Mortality Department, takes on an off-the-books case after a near-death experience of his own, aided by police liaison Sara Kai as he hunts a killer targeting the city's elite.

Investigation is central to the experience. Karra uses a time manipulation augmentation alongside forensic technology to reconstruct crime scenes and piece together the events leading up to each murder, following clues towards the truth behind the killings.

Built on Unreal Engine 5, the game leans on photorealistic visuals to support its dystopian setting, exploring themes of transhumanism and morality in a world where death has largely been engineered away.
