Project Zomboid EU Steam Gift

A prepaid gift for a hardcore survival sandbox

Project Zomboid drops players into the zombie-infested towns of Muldraugh and West Point, where the only real question is how, not if, you'll die. It's a sandbox built around looting, fortifying and scraping together a living day by day, with no guidance and no rescue on the way, developed and published by The Indie Stone.

Survival here means paying attention to detail: line of sight, sound, lighting and the slow creep of hordes as electricity fails and winter sets in. Players craft weapons, barricade windows, farm, fish, cook and build up skills through what they actually do in-game rather than through fixed levelling. It sits comfortably alongside other RPG games, simulation titles and indie games for anyone drawn to that kind of open-ended challenge.

What this gift is for

This is a Project Zomboid Steam gift, not a copy of the game itself. It's a prepaid amount intended to be spent on the game through a Europe region Steam account, redeemed as a code within Steam.

It applies to a Europe region account, so it's suited to buyers whose Steam account is set up for that region. A version for the Global region also exists, listed separately as the Global region gift.

Playing on Steam

Project Zomboid runs on Windows and supports local four-player split-screen co-op alongside its persistent online multiplayer servers. Modding is supported through a full and powerful Lua system, and the game includes Sandbox, Survival, Challenge scenarios and the shorter Last Stand mode.

The game itself supports a wide range of languages, including German, English, French, Spanish, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Norwegian, Turkish and Italian, so the interface should suit most players regardless of what this particular gift covers.
