Risk of Rain 2 – Survivors of the Void DLC Steam Digital Key

The void reaches Petrichor V

Survivors of the Void tears open a gateway on Petrichor V, letting corrupted creatures from another realm loose on the planet. Only one player in a lobby needs to own the expansion for its new monsters, stages and items to appear for everyone, though unlocking the new survivors and permanent items is limited to owners.

Two new survivors join the roster. Railgunner uses a first person scope to line up devastating long range shots and a Concussion Device to reposition on the battlefield, making her a specialist at eliminating tough targets in one hit. The Void Fiend is a corrupted commando whose abilities twist into stronger attacks as corruption builds, trading control for raw power for a short time.

New stages and creatures

The expansion adds fresh ground to explore and new threats to survive on it.

• Aphelian Sanctuary, with its waterfalls
• Sulfur Pools
• Siphoned Forest, complete with unexpected ice
• Returning Gup enemies alongside new variants
• Hulking void constructs sent to capture intruders

Corrupted items and equipment

Fourteen Void Items are on offer, and finding one permanently alters every normal version of that item you hold, often flipping its effect entirely. The expansion also unlocks 5 pieces of equipment, 4 lunar items and 18 standard items, giving returning players plenty of new combinations to chase across runs.
