Stellaris – Galactic Paragons DLC Steam Digital Key

Give your empire a council of paragons

Galactic Paragons is an expansion for Stellaris that builds on the base game with a new Council mechanic. You assign leaders to council positions and set agendas, with the roles available depending on your civics and government type, and further seats unlocking as your empire grows.

Leaders themselves become a proper thread to follow across a game. You recruit, train and shape them through traits, veteran classes and hundreds of new customisation options, watching their story unfold until retirement or death. Four Legendary Paragons bring their own art, events and dedicated storylines, and the new Under One Rule origin ties your empire's founding to the leader who started it.

What the expansion adds

• A new Council mechanic with dozens of unique roles tied to civics and government
• Recruitable and trainable leaders with traits, veteran classes and long term arcs
• Four Legendary Paragons with their own art and event chains
• The Under One Rule origin and eight new leadership focused civics
• Two new Tradition Trees plus new edicts, leader traits and 12 veteran classes
• New ships and story content woven into the galactic council
