WARDOGS Steam Altergift

A tactical take on all-out warfare

WARDOGS is a large-scale militaristic FPS from BULKHEAD, published by Team17, built around a King of the Hill style mode where three teams fight over randomised Control Zones across big open maps. Points accrue to whichever team holds the zone, and the first side to reach 100 points takes the match.

Every player starts each life with a cash budget to spend on a custom loadout of weapons, gear, utility and vehicles. Cash is earned through teamplay actions such as reviving squadmates, ferrying friendlies to the zone or holding the objective, and it persists between matches, so decisions about when to spend big can shift the outcome of a fight.

There is no fixed way to play. You can snipe from range, run supplies by helicopter, build a fortified base, or climb into an artillery tank and level buildings. Local voice chat ties squads together for coordinating tactics or simply talking to whoever is nearby on the battlefield.
