Keydra is an online store for digital game keys, gift cards, and game accounts. The platform operator is JOYKON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15298115).
When you buy from Keydra, you are buying directly from us. We are the seller of record on every transaction. We source what we sell through our supply partners, we stand behind what we sell, and our support team handles every issue personally.
This page explains what we sell, how our products work, what our guarantees cover, and why we built Keydra the way we did. If anything is unclear, reach out and we will answer.
A digital key is a unique alphanumeric code that unlocks a game, app, or credit on an external platform. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you redeem a key, you are typically entering it into a store or launcher such as Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, or Epic Games. The platform then adds the item permanently to your account. The key itself becomes invalid once redeemed, so each code is single-use.
Keys are the same product that publishers and platform holders distribute through retail and digital channels. Buying a key is no different from buying a game on Steam directly, except the price is often lower because of how the supply chain works (more on that in Section 4).
Everything we stock is a digital product. Nothing physical. No discs, no boxes. This is also why we don't require any shipping addresses at checkout.
A single-use code that adds a full game to your Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or Epic library. Enter the code in the platform's "Redeem" area and it is yours.
Digital vouchers that add currency or balance to a platform account. Common examples include Steam Wallet credits, Xbox gift cards, and PlayStation Store codes.
A freshly created platform account with the game already in its library. You receive login credentials, change the email and password to your own, and the account is entirely yours. Legally sourced using regional pricing, often up to 80% cheaper than a key. More about this here.
Time-based access codes for subscription services such as PC Game Pass or PlayStation Plus. Redeeming one extends your current subscription by the listed duration.
All products are clearly labelled with the platform they are for, the region they work in, and the type of product. If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your account or region, check the product page or ask us before buying.
This distinction matters. A lot.
Because we are the seller of record, you have a direct contractual relationship with a registered business. Your purchase is covered by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You are not buying from a pseudonymous seller on a platform that washes its hands of the outcome.
Every product in our catalogue comes from authorised Keydra supply partners. These are established businesses operating inside authorised distribution channels, not private individuals. Nothing in our catalogue comes from anonymous resellers, grey-market forums, or any origin we cannot verify.
This is why our prices can be lower than buying directly from Steam or PlayStation Store, without the risks that come with unverified resellers. Publishers sell keys to distributors at regional wholesale prices. Distributors sell to retailers like us. We pass the saving on to you.
Every order is backed by a straightforward guarantee. Here is exactly what is covered and how to claim.
If the product is invalid or returns an error on the platform, contact us and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
If your key is suddenly revoked, we will replace it immediately or issue a full refund after a short internal review period.
If a key shows as already redeemed when you receive it, that is on us. We will replace it immediately or refund you in full.
How to Claim
We believe the digital key market has a trust problem. The same product, a game you can buy for full price on Steam, can be found on dozens of sites at wildly different prices. Some of those sites are fine. Many are not.
The problem is the model most of them use: a marketplace where anyone can list keys, with the platform acting only as a payment processor. When something goes wrong, and it does, you are arguing with a seller you know nothing about. The platform points you to the seller. The seller may not respond. Your money is gone.
We built Keydra as a direct alternative to that model. One company. One standard. Every key we sell is sourced by us, stored by us, and backed by us. If it fails, we fix it. That is not a marketing line, it is just how the business works when you are the seller instead of a facilitator.
We are not trying to be the biggest key store. We are trying to be the one customers come back to because it worked the way it was supposed to.
Products are delivered to your order confirmation page immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Our wholesale sourcing means prices are consistently below what you would pay directly on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox.. the list goes on!
Every order is covered. Faulty key, revoked, already redeemed, you name it. We replace or refund. No back-and-forth with a third-party seller.
Your full total, including any service fee, is shown at checkout before you pay. No mandatory account upgrades to unlock lower prices.
Earn Keydra Cashback on eligible purchases and put it towards your next order. The amount you earn is shown on the product page before you buy.
Our team reads every ticket. No bots, no waiting for a merchant to reply. Most cases are solved in just a few hours after we review it.
Q Why is it so much cheaper than buying on Steam or PlayStation directly?
We source all of our products directly from authorised Keydra supply partners, and that is where the price difference comes from. We keep our costs low and pass those savings straight to you.
Q Is this legal? Are the keys legitimate?
Yes. Buying and selling product keys through authorised distribution channels is entirely legal. Our supply partners work directly within the publisher distribution network. We do not deal in stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit keys.
Q What if my key does not work?
Contact us via support ticket with your order number. We will either send a replacement key or issue a full refund. Most cases are resolved within a few hours.
Q Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. Your order confirmation and key will be sent to the email address you provide. Creating an account lets you view your order history and access your keys at any time.
Q What does region-locked mean, and how do I know if a key works in my country?
Some keys are restricted to certain regions by the publisher. A region-locked key will not activate outside the specified area. Every product page clearly lists the activation region. If you are unsure, check the product label or ask us before purchasing.
Q How quickly will I receive my key?
Delivery is instant. Once your payment is confirmed, the key is available on your order page immediately unless stated otherwise on the product page. You do not need to wait for any manual review or dispatch process.
Q Can I get a refund if I change my mind after buying?
If you have not yet revealed the key, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days under UK and EU consumer law. Once you reveal the key, it has been used and cannot be refunded on that basis. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and more. As well as Keydra Balance (store credit). Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Here is what our full Terms and Conditions actually say, without the legal language.
The full terms are not designed to catch you out. They are designed to define a fair relationship between you and us. If something in them seems unclear, ask us and we will explain it, or check the full terms here.
