After purchase you’ll receive a username and password. Go to the game’s official platform (e.g. Steam), log in with those credentials, then immediately change the email address and password to your own. The game is already in the library, so there is no activation code needed.

No. Accounts include the game (or DLC) you ordered and nothing else. Any wallet balance visible at the time of delivery is a coincidence and cannot be guaranteed, so please do not factor it into your purchase decision.

Accounts are legally sourced and freshly created, so the ban risk is minimal when used correctly. The most important rules: do not attempt to transfer the game to another account, do not use VAC-banned games in competitive play, and follow the platform’s terms of service. The account is typically created in a region with a lower official price (e.g. Argentina or Turkey). You can still play the game globally, as region locks almost never apply to full game ownership on platforms like Steam. Regional storefront restrictions may apply if you try to browse or purchase inside that account’s store.

Most modern games support multiple languages regardless of the account’s origin region. You can change the in-game language in the settings after logging in. If a specific language matters to you, check the product page or the game’s store page before ordering.

If the credentials we deliver don’t work and we can’t resolve the issue, you’re fully covered. Once you’ve logged in and changed the account details, the order is considered fulfilled. We can’t accept returns for accounts where details have already been changed, as we’d have no way to recover them.

Yes, and we strongly recommend doing it immediately. Change the email address and password as soon as you log in for the first time. This makes the account entirely yours and removes any link to the original credentials.

No. We do not sell shared accounts. Every account sold on Keydra is exclusive to one buyer. Once delivered, the credentials are yours alone and we delete them from our systems.

If you change the email and password immediately after delivery, the risk of theft is essentially zero, because the original credentials are invalidated. If you experience any issue within the first 24 hours of delivery and before changing account details, contact our support team and we’ll sort it out.
