How to redeem an Eventim gift card
Redemption happens in the basket, not in an account settings page, so choose your tickets first and enter the code before paying.
- Go to the Eventim site for your card's country, eventim.de or eventim.pl.
- Choose your event and add the tickets to your shopping cart.
- Enter your coupon code in the shopping cart under step 1.
- Check that the voucher amount has been deducted from the total.
- Pay any remaining balance with another means of payment, such as credit card or direct debit.
- Complete the order to confirm your tickets.
Regions and which card to buy
Eventim runs separate national sites, and a gift card belongs to the site and currency it was issued for. A card in euros is entered on the German site, while a złoty card is entered on the Polish site, and the two are not interchangeable.
