Eventim gift cards

An Eventim gift card is a coupon code that puts credit towards ticket purchases on the Eventim website. The voucher amount is taken off the basket total when you check out, so it can go towards concerts, festivals, comedy, theatre, sport and other live events sold through Eventim.

It suits anyone buying for a music or theatre fan who would rather pick their own show and their own seats.

About Eventim gift cards

Eventim is one of Europe's large ticketing services, selling admission to arena tours, club shows, festivals, family entertainment, comedy and stage productions. A gift card is redeemed as a coupon code in the shopping cart rather than being tied to one particular event, which leaves the choice of show entirely to the recipient.

Values run from small amounts that top up a purchase to larger sums that cover a full ticket, in euros and Polish złoty. If you are shopping for other brands as well, Eventim sits alongside the rest of the prepaid gift cards available as codes.

How to redeem an Eventim gift card

Redemption happens in the basket, not in an account settings page, so choose your tickets first and enter the code before paying.

Go to the Eventim site for your card's country, eventim.de or eventim.pl.
Choose your event and add the tickets to your shopping cart.
Enter your coupon code in the shopping cart under step 1.
Check that the voucher amount has been deducted from the total.
Pay any remaining balance with another means of payment, such as credit card or direct debit.
Complete the order to confirm your tickets.

Regions and which card to buy

Eventim runs separate national sites, and a gift card belongs to the site and currency it was issued for. A card in euros is entered on the German site, while a złoty card is entered on the Polish site, and the two are not interchangeable.

Buy the card for the country whose Eventim site the recipient uses to book tickets. Payment methods offered for the remaining balance also follow that national site.
