About Vox Cinema gift cards

Vox Cinemas is one of the best known cinema chains in the Middle East, with screens across the United Arab Emirates covering standard showings as well as its premium and large format experiences. A Vox Cinema gift card is applied as a voucher code against a booking, so the holder picks the film, the time and the seats themselves.

Values are given in UAE dirhams and run from modest amounts suitable for a single visit up to larger balances that cover a group booking or several trips. Because the code is used at the ticket stage, it works well as a gift when you do not know which film the recipient wants to see. Other brands are grouped under prepaid and gift cards if you are comparing options.

How to redeem a Vox Cinema gift card

Redemption happens inside a normal booking, not in a separate account page. Keep the 16 digit code to hand before you start.

Open the Vox Cinemas website or app at uae.voxcinemas.com.
Choose the film and showtime you want.
Continue to the ticket selection step.
Click Add a Voucher Code when prompted.
Enter the 16 digit alphanumeric code.
Click Apply Voucher to complete the booking.
Add further vouchers if needed, up to ten in a single transaction.

Region and where the card works

Vox Cinema gift cards are tied to the country of the cinema operation they were issued for, so a card for the United Arab Emirates is redeemed against bookings made on the UAE site and app and is priced in dirhams. It is not a worldwide voucher.

Buy the card for the country where the recipient actually goes to the cinema, as a code meant for one country's booking system will not apply to another.
