Keydra Balance is store credit tied to your Keydra account. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. It can only be used to pay for orders on keydra.net.
At the moment, Balance is only issued as part of a refund. When a refund is approved, you will be given the option to receive it back to your original payment method or as Keydra Balance. If you opt for Balance, it is credited to your account promptly, without the usual 3 to 10 business day wait that applies to card or PayPal refunds.
To spend your Balance, it is applied at cart during checkout. You can choose to use your full available Balance toward an order or none. Keep in mind that Balance cannot be combined with certain payment methods, and any restriction of this kind will be shown to you at checkout before you confirm.
Keydra Balance does not expire. It stays on your account until you use it. It is personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
