Your order number (also called Order ID) is an 8‑character code, for example: “HG7A7GC0”. It’s assigned to each one of your orders.
Where to find your Order Number
- Your Order History page after logging in: https://keydra.net/account/orders/.
- The order confirmation page where your product is delivered, right after checkout.
- The email sent to the address you entered at checkout (if you were logged in, this will be your Keydra account email).
Find your Order in your Email
In your email inbox, search for these subject lines:
- “Your order is confirmed” to see successful orders
- “Your order payment was unsuccessful” to see failed orders
- “Your order has been refunded” to see refunded orders
Your order number also appears in each subject line between the words “order” and the status, for example: “Your order QE7MHAGP has been refunded”.
