About The Arcade Crew
The Arcade Crew works with small studios whose games lean on arcade heritage: tight controls, bold pixel art and clear systems. Blazing Chrome and Vengeful Guardian Moonrider come from JoyMasher, Cross Blitz from Tako Boy Studios, Drop Duchy from Sleepy Mill Studio and The Last Spell from Ishtar Games.
The line-up spans action, adventure, RPG, puzzle and strategy, with a strong showing of independent PC games released between 2019 and 2025.
Games from The Arcade Crew
On the strategy side, The Last Spell mixes tactical defence with roguelite runs, Cross Blitz is a deckbuilding card adventure and Drop Duchy blends block placement puzzles with kingdom building. These sit alongside other strategy and tactics titles for players who prefer planning to reflexes.
Action and adventure are covered by Blazing Chrome, a side scrolling run and gun, Vengeful Guardian Moonrider, a cyber ninja platformer, Infernax, a dark action adventure with branching choices, and KUNAI, a ninja platformer built around a grappling tether. Dark Devotion is a grim side on action RPG.
Every title runs on Steam. Most are sold as keys, while some, including Cross Blitz, The Last Spell, Drop Duchy and Dark Devotion, are available as accounts.
How buying works
All of these games activate on Steam, so a key is redeemed in the Steam client or on the website and the game is then tied to that account. If you have not done it before, the guide on activating a Steam key walks through each step.
Where a title is offered as an account, you receive sign in details for an account with the game already on it rather than a code to redeem; see how game accounts work before choosing. Games are sold per region, and a key has to match the region of the Steam account it is being added to, so check the region of the listing against your own.
Common questions
- Which platform do these games activate on?
- Every listed The Arcade Crew title is for Steam on PC. Keys are redeemed on a Steam account, after which the game stays in that account's library.
- Will a key work in another country?
- Only if the key's region covers the region of your Steam account. A key sold for one region will not activate on an account registered elsewhere, so match the two before buying.
- What is the difference between a key and an account?
- A key is a code you redeem to add the game to your own Steam account. An account comes with the game already on it and is signed into instead of being redeemed.
- When do I get my key or account details?
- The key or account details are delivered to your order once payment completes.
- Can I buy the same game as either a key or an account?
- For some titles, yes. Cross Blitz, The Last Spell and Drop Duchy are offered both as keys and as accounts, while Dark Devotion is offered as an account and several action titles as keys.
