How to redeem a Grab gift card

Redemption happens entirely in the Grab app on the account you want the credit to sit on.

1. Launch your Grab app.
2. Tap the gifts icon in the upper right corner.
3. Paste or enter your gift card code.
4. Tap Pick your Gift, then save the voucher.
5. Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown.
6. Find the saved Grab Gift voucher in the My Rewards tab when you order.

Regions and where Grab gift cards work

Each Grab gift card is issued for one country and matches that country's currency and Grab services. A code bought for one market will not save to an account set up in another, so choose the card for the country where the recipient actually uses the app.

If you are buying as a gift, check which Grab market the person orders in before picking a region, since the voucher cannot be moved to a different country afterwards.
