The Mog Station is Square Enix’s account management site for Final Fantasy XIV. Game keys, expansions, and subscription time cards are all redeemed here.
Before you start
- A Square Enix account (free to create at Square Enix account management)
- Your FFXIV product key or registration code (usually 20 characters)
How to redeem
- Go to Mog Station and sign in with your Square Enix account.
- If registering the base game, select “Register a new service account” (or “Add new service account” for an additional platform).
- If adding an expansion or game time, go to “Your Account” → “Add expansion” or “Add game time card”.
- Enter your 20-character registration code.
- Click “Next” and confirm. The content will be added to your service account.
Key types
- Starter Edition — Includes A Realm Reborn and Heavensward.
- Complete Edition — Includes all content up to the latest expansion.
- Expansion keys — Must be applied to an existing service account.
- Game time cards — Adds subscription days to your account.
Tips
- FFXIV keys are platform-specific (PC, PS4/PS5, Mac) and region-locked. Make sure they match.
- Windows/Steam keys are NOT interchangeable. A Steam key only works with a Steam FFXIV account.
- Each key can only be used once per service account.
- If you’re on the free trial, registering a key will end your trial and start a paid subscription.
