Updating your Ubisoft Connect email gives you full control of the account.
How to change your email
- Go to account.ubisoft.com and sign in.
- Click on “Account information”.
- Click “Edit” next to your email address.
- Enter your password to verify.
- Enter the new email address and confirm.
- A verification email will be sent to the new address. Click the link to complete the change.
Tips
- You need your current password to change the email.
- After the change, update your password and enable 2FA.
- If you can’t access the current email, contact Ubisoft Support.
