Cities: Skylines – Plazas & Promenades DLC Steam Digital Key

An expansion built for pedestrian-friendly city building

Plazas & Promenades adds pedestrian-only streets to Cities: Skylines I, letting you carve out car-free green centres away from noise and vehicle traffic. Streets are placed just like ordinary roads, so reshaping an existing district into a walkable plaza is straightforward.

The expansion also introduces three area-specific policies for pedestrian zones: Slow Driving, which caps non-highway roads in the area to 20 km/h, Sugar Ban, which raises citizen lifespan at the cost of happiness, and Street Music, which lifts happiness in commercial pedestrian areas while adding noise.

New district specialisations and buildings

Three new district specialisations are included: offices, high-density residential and high-density commercial. Applying a specialisation changes how buildings spawn across the district, altering both their appearance and gameplay effect.
