How to redeem an H&M gift card

Redemption is done in the H&M online shop for the matching country, or in store where the card applies. Full terms for each card are published on the H&M website.

1. Open the H&M website for the country your card was issued for.
2. Add the items you want to your shopping bag and go to checkout.
3. Find the gift card or voucher field in the payment step.
4. Enter the gift card details exactly as supplied.
5. Apply the card and pay any remaining amount with another method.
6. In store, present the card details at the till instead.

Regions and where the card works

Each H&M gift card belongs to the country it was issued for and is redeemed in that country's H&M shop and stores. A card bought for one market will not apply to a bag placed on another country's site, so buy for the country where the recipient actually shops.
