Zalando gift cards

About Zalando gift cards

Zalando sells everything from everyday basics and trainers to designer pieces, and the credit from a gift card can go towards whatever the account holder chooses in their country's store. That makes it a straightforward present for someone whose size or taste you would rather not guess.

Face values run from small token amounts up to larger sums, in euros, pounds, Swiss francs and Nordic and Central European currencies. If you are comparing options across brands, Zalando sits alongside other prepaid gift cards for fashion and general retail.

How to redeem a Zalando gift card

Redemption happens inside your Zalando account rather than at the payment step, so add the code first and the balance is waiting when you order. A full walkthrough with screenshots is in the help-centre article.

1. Open zalando.com in your browser.
2. Log in to your Zalando account.
3. Go to "My User Account".
4. Open the "My Giftcards" section.
5. Enter the gift card code to add the credit to your account.
6. Place an order and the balance is applied to the payment.

Regions and where the card works

Each Zalando gift card belongs to one country's Zalando store and is issued in that country's currency. A code bought for one market will not load onto an account shopping on another country's site, even where both use the euro.

Choose the card that matches the store the recipient actually orders from, and check the currency before buying. Zalando gift cards are available for a broad spread of European countries.
