How to redeem a KFC gift card
Redemption happens in the restaurant at the point of sale. The cashier treats the gift card as a payment method, so you only need the card number to hand.
- Present the gift card when you pay for your order in a participating restaurant.
- Ask the cashier to press the GC icon or Card icon at the till.
- Swipe the card on the PIN pad, or type the card number using the keypad.
- If the PIN pad shows an ENTER CARD button, press it first, then key in the card number.
- Press the green button once the number is entered.
- Check that the PIN pad displays Approved or REDEMPTION Approval before the order is completed.
Regions and where the card works
Each KFC gift card belongs to the country it was issued for and is accepted at participating KFC restaurants in that country only. A card bought for one market cannot be used to pay in another, and the balance is held in the local currency of that market.
