How to redeem a PlayStation Network card

Wallet codes are redeemed through your Sony account, after which the funds sit in the wallet and are spent in the PlayStation Store.

1. Go to SonyEntertainmentNetwork.com.
2. Click "Manage Account" and sign in with your sign-in ID and password.
3. Click "Redeem Prepaid Card".
4. Enter the code from the voucher or PlayStation Network card and click "Continue".
5. Check the description of what the code will deliver to your account.
6. Press "Redeem" to add the funds or item to your account.

Regions and account matching

PlayStation wallets are tied to the country set on the account, and a card issued for one country will not redeem on an account registered elsewhere. Pick the version that matches the country and currency of the account doing the redeeming, not where you happen to live.

Some listings are marked as global, which means they are not restricted to a single country's store. Everything else should be bought for the recipient's account region.
