Can I use a Razer Gold gift card in another country?

Regional cards are intended for Razer Gold accounts registered in the matching country and currency. A card bought for the wrong region may not load.

What happens to credit I do not spend?

The PIN loads its full value onto your Razer Gold balance in one go. Anything you do not spend stays in the account balance for later purchases.

How do I receive the code?

The PIN is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you enter it in your Razer Gold account.

Do I need a Razer account to use the card?

Yes. The PIN is loaded through a Razer Gold account signed in with a Razer ID, and you can register one during redemption if you do not have it.

What can Razer Gold be spent on?

It is used as credit for games and digital content that accept Razer Gold, including in-game currency and top-ups for supported titles.

Razer Gold gift cards

Razer Gold is the virtual credit used across thousands of games and entertainment services. A Razer Gold gift card carries a PIN that reloads your balance, which can then be spent on game top-ups, in-game items and digital content supported by Razer Gold.

Cards are tied to the country they were issued for, so the currency and the account region need to match.

About Razer Gold

Razer Gold is Razer's unified credit for gamers, accepted by a wide catalogue of publishers for buying coins, passes, skins and other in-game currency without entering card details each time. It suits players who top up regularly, buy across several titles, or prefer to pay for games with a prepaid code.

Face values run from small top-ups to larger reloads, issued in US dollars, euros, yen and a broad spread of local currencies. Razer Gold sits alongside other prepaid gift cards as a wallet code rather than a single-game key, so the balance stays available until you choose what to spend it on.

How to redeem a Razer Gold gift card

Redemption happens inside your Razer Gold account using the PIN on the card. A step by step walkthrough with screenshots is in the help-centre guide on redeeming a Razer Gold gift card.

Sign in to your Razer Gold account with your Razer ID and password, or choose create account to register.
Click GOLD, then click Reload Now.
Select Razer PIN from the payment method options.
Enter the PIN in the PIN field.
Click Next, then enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
Check that the credit appears in your Razer Gold balance.

Regions and which card to buy

Razer Gold credit is issued per country and in the matching currency, so a card is meant for an account registered in that country. Buying the wrong region can leave a PIN that will not load, so pick the card for the country the recipient plays and pays in.

Cards marked Global are not locked to a single country account in the same way, while regional cards should be matched to the local store. If you are buying as a gift, confirm the account's country before choosing.

Regions currently listed for Razer Gold: United States, Global, Americas, Canada, Turkey, Mexico, Singapore, Brazil, Colombia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan and 16 more. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
