How to redeem a Swiggy gift card
Redemption happens entirely inside the Swiggy app, using the 16 digit code and the 6 digit PIN supplied with the card.
- Open the Swiggy app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the account section and open Swiggy Money.
- On the Swiggy Money homepage, select the Add Gift Card button at the bottom.
- Enter the 16 digit alphanumeric code and the 6 digit PIN.
- Press Add Gift Card and wait for the code to be validated.
- Check that the amount now appears in your Swiggy Money balance.
Regions and where the card works
Swiggy gift cards are issued for India and are redeemed into a Swiggy Money wallet on an Indian Swiggy account. The balance is held in rupees and used on Swiggy's Indian service, so the card should be bought for the country the recipient actually orders in.

- No. These cards are issued for India and work with Swiggy Money on an Indian Swiggy account. They cannot be redeemed on a Swiggy account set up for another country.

- The amount is added to your Swiggy Money wallet and stays there as a balance. It can be used across more than one order until it runs out.
- How do I receive the code?
- The code and its PIN are delivered to your order once payment completes, so you can add them in the Swiggy app straight away.
- Can I combine more than one gift card?
- Each card is added to Swiggy Money separately using its own code and PIN, and the amounts build up in the same wallet balance.
