How to redeem a Ticketmaster gift card

Redemption happens at checkout rather than in an account balance page, and every Ticketmaster gift card has a PIN as well as a card number.

1. Open the Ticketmaster site for the country your card was issued for, for example ticketmaster.de or ticketmaster.fr.
2. Choose your event and tickets and continue to checkout.
3. In the payment section, select Add Credits / Promo Codes / Gift Cards.
4. Enter the gift card number and the PIN.
5. Apply the credit and pay any remaining balance with another method.

Regions and where each card works

Ticketmaster runs a separate site and currency for each country, and a gift card belongs to the one it was issued for. A card bought for one country cannot be applied at the checkout of another, so choose the region matching the site the recipient books on and the currency they pay in.
