Can I use an Aeropostale gift card in another country?

No. The code is valid only in the country it was issued for, in that country's currency. Buy the card for the market where the recipient shops.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you can then apply it in the Aeropostale basket.

What happens to any leftover balance?

On many of these codes the gift card is valid for a one time purchase against its full value, so it is best to build a basket that uses the whole amount. The card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I combine two gift cards in one order?

Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction, so a second code would need to be used on a separate order.

Can the card be used in a physical store?

Some Aeropostale codes can be printed and presented to the cashier, who scans or types in the number. Check the details of the listing you choose before relying on in store use.

About Aeropostale gift cards

Aeropostale is known for relaxed everyday clothing: tees, hoodies, jeans, joggers and accessories aimed mainly at teens and young adults. An Aeropostale gift card can be put towards a basket of these items, which makes it a straightforward present when you know someone likes the label but not their size or colour.

Values run from small amounts suited to a single item up to larger sums that cover a full outfit, in the currency of the country the card belongs to. If you are comparing similar clothing and lifestyle codes, they sit alongside other prepaid gift cards.

How to redeem an Aeropostale gift card

Redemption happens in the basket rather than in an account settings page, so add what you want first and apply the code at the end.

Add the items you want to your basket.
Click the shopping basket to view your order summary.
Enter the gift card code in the "REDEEM GIFT CARD" field at the bottom of the basket page.
Click Redeem and check that the value has been deducted from the total.
Complete the checkout for any remaining balance.

Regions and where the card works

Each Aeropostale gift card is tied to the country it was issued for and to that country's currency, so a code bought for one market will not apply to a basket in another. Choose the region where the recipient shops before ordering.

If you are buying as a present, confirm which country's Aeropostale store the recipient uses, since the currency on the card and the store they check out from need to match.

Regions currently listed for Aeropostale: United States, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
