Can I use an ASOS gift card in another country?

No. Each card belongs to the ASOS store and currency it was issued for. Choose the region that matches the site the recipient orders from.

What happens to any balance I do not spend?

Any amount left after an order stays on the gift card and can be used towards a later purchase. If an order costs more than the balance, the difference is paid by another method at checkout.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you enter it on the ASOS payment page.

Can I combine a gift card with a card payment?

Yes. The gift card balance is deducted from the order total and anything remaining can be covered by another payment method.

Do I need an ASOS account?

You can enter the code during checkout, and having an account makes it easier to keep track of orders and any remaining balance.

ASOS gift cards

An ASOS gift card is a prepaid code you apply at the checkout of the ASOS online fashion store. It covers clothing, shoes, accessories and beauty from the brand's own labels and the many names it stocks.

The balance sits against the order total, so it can go towards a single piece or a full basket.

About ASOS gift cards

ASOS is an online fashion retailer aimed largely at a younger audience, with womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories and beauty across its own ranges and hundreds of other brands. A gift card is spent in the same way as any other payment method at checkout, which makes it a straightforward present for someone who already shops there and prefers to choose for themselves.

Face values run from small top-ups to larger amounts, in pounds, euros and Australian and US dollars depending on the store the card belongs to. If you are comparing options for a gift, ASOS sits alongside other retailer codes in the wider range of prepaid gift cards.

How to redeem an ASOS gift card

Redemption happens at the payment stage of an order rather than in a separate account area, so it helps to have the basket ready before entering the code.

Open the ASOS website for the country your card belongs to, for example asos.com or asos.com/us.
Sign in to your ASOS account or continue as a guest.
Select the products you want and go to the basket.
Continue to the payment page.
Find the gift card or voucher field and enter the code exactly as supplied.
Apply the code and check the balance has been taken off the order total before confirming.

Regions and which card to choose

ASOS gift cards are tied to the currency and country store they were issued for, so a card bought for one country is applied on that country's ASOS site and not on another. A euro card issued for one European store will not necessarily work on a different European store either, so treat each region as separate.

Buy the card for the country the recipient actually shops from and in the currency they are billed in. If you are unsure, ask which ASOS site they use for their orders.

Regions currently listed for ASOS: United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
