Blue Rewards is the loyalty and wallet programme linking Al Futtaim's retail brands, covering fashion, home, electronics and other stores that sit under the group. A Blue Prepaid gift card turns a fixed amount into wallet credit for that network, so the recipient chooses where to spend rather than being tied to one shop.

It suits gifting when you know someone shops with Al Futtaim brands but not which one, and it works equally well as a self top-up before a bigger purchase. Face values run in Bahraini dinars, Saudi riyals and Kuwaiti dinars, from small amounts up to larger ones, alongside other prepaid gift cards in the region.

How to redeem a Blue Prepaid gift card

Redemption happens through Blue Rewards rather than at the till, so add the card to the wallet before shopping.

1. Download the Blue Rewards app, or go to mybluerewards.com.
2. Register for a Blue Rewards account, or sign in to an existing one.
3. Open the Add Gift Card option.
4. Enter the card number and the PIN.
5. Confirm to add the value to the wallet, then spend it across participating Al Futtaim brands and stores.

Regions and where the card works

Blue Prepaid gift cards are issued per country and carry the currency of that country, so a card is meant for the Al Futtaim stores and the Blue Rewards account of the matching market. A dinar card for one country will not transfer into the balance of another.

Choose the card for the country where the recipient actually shops, and check the currency shown in the card title before buying.
