Can I use a Blue Rewards gift card in another country?

No. Each card is issued for a specific market and currency, and should be used with a Blue Rewards account in that country. Choose the region the recipient shops in.

Where can the balance be spent?

The value can be used across Al Futtaim brands and participating stores once it has been added to your Blue Rewards wallet.

What happens to any leftover balance?

The card is valid for multiple purchases up to the full value loaded on it, so a remaining balance stays in the wallet for later use. The card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up.

How long is the card valid?

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

How do I receive the code?

The card number and PIN are delivered to your order once payment completes.

Blue Rewards gift cards

Blue Rewards gift cards carry a value that is added to your Blue Rewards wallet and then spent across Al Futtaim brands and stores. Each card holds a fixed amount in the currency of its region.

Once the card is in the wallet, the balance can be used over several purchases until the full loaded value is used up.

About Blue Rewards gift cards

Blue Rewards is the loyalty and rewards programme linked to Al Futtaim, and the gift card works as store credit across participating Al Futtaim brands and stores. That makes it a flexible choice for someone who shops fashion, home, electronics or other retail names in the group rather than a single shop.

Cards are available in dirhams, Bahraini dinars and Egyptian pounds, ranging from small top-ups to larger gifting amounts. They suit both a straightforward gift and a way of setting aside a set spending budget in the wallet.

If you are comparing options for a recipient in the region, Blue Rewards sits alongside other prepaid gift cards that load value to an account.

How to redeem a Blue Rewards gift card

Redemption is done through the Blue Rewards app or website, where the card number and PIN are entered to add the value to your wallet. Each card can be loaded once and cannot be topped up afterwards.

Download the Blue Rewards app from the App Store or Play Store, or visit mybluerewards.com.
Register or sign in to your Blue Rewards account.
Open the Add Gift Card option.
Enter the card number and PIN.
Confirm to add the value to your wallet.
Spend the balance across participating Al Futtaim brands and stores, over as many purchases as the value allows.

Regions and choosing the right card

Each Blue Rewards gift card is issued in the currency of a particular country and is intended for the Blue Rewards account and participating stores of that market. Buy the card that matches the country where the recipient shops, since a card in one currency is not designed for use in another market.

If you are buying as a gift, check which country the person lives in before choosing the currency.
