Can I use a German C&A gift card in another country?

No. The card belongs to the C&A store of the country it was issued for, so it should be bought for the country where the recipient shops.

What happens if my order costs less than the card value?

Any balance that is not used on an order stays on the gift card and can be applied to a later purchase in the same store.

What if my basket costs more than the gift card?

You can cover the difference with another payment method at checkout, so the gift card balance is used first and the rest is paid normally.

How do I receive the code?

The gift card code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you then enter it at the C&A checkout.

Can the card be used in a C&A shop on the high street?

The redemption details supplied with these cards cover the C&A online shop, where the code is entered as a payment method at checkout.

About C&A gift cards

C&A is a long established European fashion retailer known for affordable clothing for the whole family, including womenswear, menswear, kids' ranges, underwear and outerwear. A gift card is a straightforward way to let someone pick their own sizes and styles rather than guessing for them.

Card values run in euros, from small amounts suitable for a single item up to larger balances that cover a full wardrobe refresh. That makes them useful for birthdays, family gifting and back to school shopping, and they sit alongside other prepaid gift cards for shoppers who prefer to pay with a code instead of a card.

How to redeem a C&A gift card

Redemption happens in the C&A online shop at the payment stage, where the gift card is chosen as the payment method and the code is entered.

Open the C&A online shop at c-and-a.com/eu/en/shop.
Add the items you want to your basket.
Go to checkout.
Select "Gift Card/Voucher" as the payment method.
Enter your C&A gift card code.
Complete the purchase.

Regions and where the card works

C&A gift cards are issued for a specific country's store and are listed by region so the card can be matched to the shop the recipient actually uses. A card issued for Germany is intended for the German C&A store and is held in euros.

Check which country the recipient shops in before buying, because a card for one country's store is not designed to be used against another country's C&A checkout. The region shown with each card is the one it belongs to.
