How to redeem a Centrepoint gift card

The card is redeemable across the Centrepoint online and offline store. It cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part, and it is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

1. Choose whether to shop on the Centrepoint website or in a Centrepoint store.
2. Add the items you want to your basket, including full price or discounted products.
3. Go to checkout and select the gift card or voucher payment option.
4. Enter the gift card code exactly as supplied.
5. Confirm the balance is applied to the order.
6. Pay any remaining difference by another method if the purchase value exceeds the gift card value.

Regions and where the card works

Centrepoint gift cards are issued per country and carry a currency that matches the local Centrepoint store, so an Egyptian pound card belongs to the Egyptian store, a dirham card to the United Arab Emirates and a riyal card to Saudi Arabia.

Pick the region where the recipient actually shops or holds their Centrepoint account. A card bought for one country will not carry across to the store of another, and the currency on the card cannot be converted.
