Can I use a Centrepoint gift card in another country?

No. Each card is tied to the Centrepoint store and currency of its country, so it should be bought for the country where it will be used.

What happens if my purchase costs more than the gift card?

The gift card covers part of the total and the remaining difference is paid by the customer at checkout using another payment method.

Can the balance be exchanged for cash?

No. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or in part, so any remaining balance stays on the card for a later purchase.

How long is the card valid?

The e-gift card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue, so it is worth redeeming it within that period.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and it can then be used online or in store.

Centrepoint gift cards

A Centrepoint gift card is a prepaid code that pays for shopping with Centrepoint, the Middle Eastern retail group known for its family fashion, footwear, beauty and homeware brands.

The code can be used against purchases in the online store and in physical stores, on full price items as well as discounted ones, so the recipient chooses what the balance goes towards.

About Centrepoint gift cards

Centrepoint brings together well known high street names under one roof, covering clothing for adults and children, shoes, accessories, beauty and home. A gift card suits shoppers who want to leave the choice open, whether that is a wardrobe refresh, something for a new baby or a homeware purchase.

Values are listed in Egyptian pounds, UAE dirhams and Saudi riyals, ranging from small amounts suitable for a single item up to larger sums for a bigger shop. Centrepoint sits alongside other retail brands in the prepaid gift card range.

How to redeem a Centrepoint gift card

The card is redeemable across the Centrepoint online and offline store. It cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part, and it is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Choose whether to shop on the Centrepoint website or in a Centrepoint store.
Add the items you want to your basket, including full price or discounted products.
Go to checkout and select the gift card or voucher payment option.
Enter the gift card code exactly as supplied.
Confirm the balance is applied to the order.
Pay any remaining difference by another method if the purchase value exceeds the gift card value.

Regions and where the card works

Centrepoint gift cards are issued per country and carry a currency that matches the local Centrepoint store, so an Egyptian pound card belongs to the Egyptian store, a dirham card to the United Arab Emirates and a riyal card to Saudi Arabia.

Pick the region where the recipient actually shops or holds their Centrepoint account. A card bought for one country will not carry across to the store of another, and the currency on the card cannot be converted.

Regions currently listed for Centrepoint: Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
