How to redeem a Conoco gift card

Redemption is handled entirely through the Fuel Forward app, where the card is saved as a payment method before you fill up.

1. Download the Fuel Forward app and create an account.
2. Open the menu and select More.
3. Choose Payment Methods, then the plus sign, then Gift Card.
4. Enter the 19 digit card number and the security code.
5. Save the card to your wallet as a payment method.
6. Pay for fuel at the pump at participating locations.

Regions and where the card works

Conoco gift cards are issued for the United States and are used at participating Conoco stations there, in US dollars, through a Fuel Forward account set up for that country. They are not intended for fuel purchases outside the United States.

Choose the card that matches the country the recipient drives and fills up in, since a card bought for one country's stations cannot be moved to another.
