Can I use a Coolblue gift card in another country?

No. The code is valid in the Coolblue webshop it was issued for, so a card for one country cannot be used on another country's Coolblue site.

What happens to any balance left over?

A gift card code is applied to your order at checkout, and if the order costs more than the card is worth you pay the difference by another method. Any remaining value stays associated with the code for a later order, subject to Coolblue's own voucher terms.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes.

Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?

Yes. If your basket total is higher than the value of the card, the rest is paid with a regular payment method at checkout.

Do I need a Coolblue account?

You place the order in the Coolblue webshop as usual and enter the voucher code during checkout, following whatever sign in or guest checkout options Coolblue offers.

About Coolblue gift cards

Coolblue is an online retailer in the Benelux and Germany, known for a broad catalogue of consumer electronics and household appliances. The gift card works as credit towards an order, which makes it a practical present for anyone planning a bigger purchase or picking up accessories.

The codes are denominated in euros, ranging from small top-ups to larger amounts suited to a full appliance order. If you are comparing options for other retailers, Coolblue sits alongside the rest of the prepaid gift cards range.

How to redeem a Coolblue gift card

Redemption happens in the Coolblue webshop for the country the card belongs to: coolblue.nl, coolblue.be or coolblue.de.

Open the Coolblue webshop for the country your card is issued for.
Choose the products you want and add them to your basket.
Go through to checkout.
Enter the gift voucher code in the voucher field.
Confirm the order and pay any remaining amount with another method.

Regions and which card to buy

Each Coolblue gift card is tied to one national webshop, so a Dutch card is used at coolblue.nl, a Belgian card at coolblue.be and a German card at coolblue.de. The codes are not interchangeable between those stores.

Buy the card for the country the recipient actually orders from, since that also determines delivery and the local catalogue. The available regions are listed with the cards themselves.

Regions currently listed for Coolblue: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
