Can I use a Decathlon gift card in another country?

No. Each card belongs to the Decathlon store of its issuing country and is paid for in that country's currency. Buy the card for the country where it will be spent.

What happens to any balance left over?

The gift card holds credit rather than a single use amount, so an unspent balance stays on the card for a later order. You can check what remains by entering the 16 digit number on the balance page.

Can I combine more than one gift card in an order?

Yes, codes are entered one set at a time at checkout. Some listings note a limit of three gift cards in a single transaction, so check the product details.

How do I receive the code?

The gift card number and internet PIN are delivered to your order once payment completes.

What can the card be spent on?

It covers Decathlon's range of sports clothing, footwear and equipment. If the order costs more than the card, the difference is paid with another payment method.

About Decathlon gift cards

Decathlon sells its own brands alongside familiar names, spanning football, fitness, swimming, hiking, cycling, racket sports and winter sports. A Decathlon gift card turns into store credit at payment time, so the recipient chooses what they need rather than receiving a fixed item.

It suits beginners kitting out a new hobby, families replacing outgrown kit, and regular athletes topping up consumables such as shoes, balls and accessories. Values run from small amounts for an accessory up to larger sums towards a bike or a full set of equipment, in rupees, baht, euros, pounds, zloty, lei, dong, ringgit and other local currencies.

Decathlon sits alongside other prepaid gift cards as a straightforward gift for someone who prefers to pick their own gear.

How to redeem a Decathlon gift card

Each card carries a 16 digit gift card number and a four digit internet PIN. Both are needed at checkout, and the same pair of numbers is used to look up the remaining balance.

Open the Decathlon website for the country the card was issued for.
Add your items to the basket and continue to the payment options.
Choose the Decathlon Gift Card payment option.
Enter the gift card number followed by the four digit internet PIN code.
Enter one set of codes at a time if you are using more than one card.
Confirm the order and pay any remaining amount by another method.

Regions and where the card works

Decathlon gift cards are tied to the country they were issued for and are accepted on that country's Decathlon site in its local currency. A card bought for one country will not apply at checkout in another, so choose the region where the recipient actually shops.

If you are buying as a gift, confirm the country first, then pick the matching Decathlon gift card.

Regions currently listed for Decathlon: Thailand, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland, Belgium, India, Hungary, Hong Kong, Brazil and 3 more. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
