Douglas gift cards

A Douglas gift card is a prepaid code that pays for beauty shopping at Douglas, covering fragrance, make-up, skincare, hair care and accessories from the brands the retailer carries.

Each code comes with a PIN and is applied to the basket at checkout, so the balance goes towards whatever the recipient picks out themselves.

About Douglas gift cards

Douglas is one of Europe's best known beauty and perfumery retailers, stocking designer fragrances, cosmetics, treatment ranges and grooming products alongside its own selections. A gift card suits anyone who prefers to choose their own shade, scent or skincare routine rather than receive a fixed product.

Face values run from small top-ups to larger amounts, in euros and Polish zloty depending on the country the code is issued for. Douglas codes sit alongside other prepaid gift cards as a straightforward present for a beauty shopper.

A Douglas gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and up to three different gift cards may be combined in a single checkout session.

How to redeem a Douglas gift card

Redemption happens in the basket rather than in an account settings page, so have the code and PIN to hand before you check out.

Open the Douglas webshop for the country your card was issued for.
Add the products you want to your cart.
Look under the items in your cart for the "Gift Card" field on the left side.
Click the field to open the gift card window.
Enter your gift card code and PIN, then apply it.
Combine up to three different gift cards in the same checkout if needed, then complete your order.

Regions and which card to buy

Douglas operates separate national webshops, and a gift card is tied to the country store it was issued for. A code bought for one country cannot be applied in another country's Douglas checkout, and the currency follows that store.

Choose the region that matches the Douglas site the recipient shops on and the currency they pay in. If you are buying a present, confirm which country store they use before picking a card.

Regions currently listed for Douglas: Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Poland. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
