How to redeem a Douglas gift card

Redemption happens in the basket rather than in an account settings page, so have the code and PIN to hand before you check out.

2. Add the products you want to your cart.
3. Look under the items in your cart for the "Gift Card" field on the left side.
4. Click the field to open the gift card window.
5. Enter your gift card code and PIN, then apply it.
6. Combine up to three different gift cards in the same checkout if needed, then complete your order.

Regions and which card to buy

Douglas operates separate national webshops, and a gift card is tied to the country store it was issued for. A code bought for one country cannot be applied in another country's Douglas checkout, and the currency follows that store.

Choose the region that matches the Douglas site the recipient shops on and the currency they pay in. If you are buying a present, confirm which country store they use before picking a card.
