About Mall of the Emirates gift cards

Mall of the Emirates is a large shopping and entertainment centre in Dubai, home to international fashion labels, department stores, technology retailers, restaurants, cafes and family attractions under one roof. A gift card turns into credit that the recipient can spend on the brands and experiences they choose rather than a single fixed item.

It suits gifting for birthdays, weddings and celebrations, as well as anyone who wants a set shopping budget in dirhams. The cards listed are denominated in AED and run from modest amounts up to larger gift values, and they sit alongside other prepaid gift cards for everyday retail.

How to redeem a Mall of the Emirates gift card

Redemption happens through the official Mall of the Emirates website, where the code is applied to your account as mall credit.

Visit the official Mall of the Emirates website.
Log in to your account, or sign up if you do not have one.
Open the Mall of the Emirates Credit tab.
Enter the 25 digit gift card number.
Click Apply to redeem the gift card.

Regions and where the card works

Mall of the Emirates gift cards are tied to the United Arab Emirates. The credit is held in dirhams and is intended for a Mall of the Emirates account used in the UAE, so the card should be bought for the country where the recipient actually shops.

A card issued for one country will not transfer to a store or account set up for another, and choosing the matching region before purchase avoids a code that cannot be applied.
